Man fined for waste offences

A Teesside man has been fined after pleading guilty to three offences, including breaching an environmental permit and obstruction. EA officer found a number of breaches of waste legislation, including waste being stored without fire breaks, non-permitted waste accepted on to site, waste stored loose or in insecure containers, and waste being stored on land outside of the site.
